Nintendo Switch Lite Charging Port Repair

Your Switch Lite needs this repair when the charging port in your console is :
– bent
– physically damaged
– some pins are missing
– pins are bent

or you can’t turn the console on because it doesn’t charge.

Please be aware that the faulty usb-c port can damage some of the components on the motherboard such as m92t36 Ic, p13usb ic (and more)  or even the main APU (processor).

If we find the motherboard issue, there is an extra charge £15 to get it fixed and we will ask you to pay it through PayPal. If the APU is internally shorted with different rails, the switch is not repairable.

How it works ?

Option 1.  If you’d like to send us your console.

1. Please buy this service (choose the return delivery option you’d like).

2. Carefully pack your console using the bubble wrap, airbags or other protections and use the box which is strong enough to survive the journey from you to our address and back again.

3. Send your console (we don’t provide the labels, you need to pay for the courier) with the Royal Mail or other courier  to the address below:

Don’t forget to attach the note to the console with your name, return address, phone number and email.

All these details are needed just to inform you about updates : when we receive the console and to send you a tracking number when the repair is finished etc.

We don’t need any other accessories like controllers, chargers, leads etc. We’ve got everything we need to test your console.

Option 2. If you’d like us to collect the console.

We will contact you within 1h to arrange the collection. If we didn’t contact you in that time, please drop us the message to 07451466640  that you’ve just  bought the service.

Upon the collection you will receive the “Proof of Collection” .

Option 3 . If you’d like to drop your console at our Repair Shop.

You can come anytime in the opening hours to drop your console off.

We don’t need any other accessories like controllers, chargers, leads etc. We’ve got everything we need to test your console.
 

What will we do?

We will fix your console and test it. Each console will be cleaned inside and fresh thermal paste will be applied. So if your console was overheating before (loud fan?), it will be very quiet and won’t be overheating anymore.

How long it takes?

If everything is good (you’ve chosen correct service and repair is straightforward), it takes 24h. When we receive the console, it will be repaired the same day and dispatched next working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). If we find any other issues, it can take 48h -72h depends on your respond and our frame time.

We also offer for our Customers which drop their consoles off at our Repair Shop 1h/ the same day repair. It costs extra £10.

3 months warranty

We provide 3 months (90 days) warranty protection for any repair *

• the only one condition for the usb-c charging port repair or hdmi port repair is that they cannot be physically damaged or bent otherwise the warranty will be refused.

No fix, No fees Policy

If for some reasons we’re not able to fix your console, we will fully refund you minus return postage cost £5.
