How it works?
Option 1. Drop off your TV at our Repair Shop.
We’re open
Monday – Friday
9am – 5pm (4pm on Fridays)
Saturdays 10am – 2pm
We’re based at 142 Hilton Street WV100LF Wolverhampton
You can come anytime during the opening hours to drop your TV off.
Please bring only the TV and the power cable. We don’t need any other accessories like stands, remotes, etc.
Please note: Due to the size and fragility of TVs, we do not offer postal repairs or collection service for this type of repair. The TV must be delivered to us in person.
What will we do?
We will diagnose your TV and repair the no power issue where possible.
This type of fault is usually caused by a faulty power supply board, shorted components, blown capacitors, damaged main board or other internal hardware faults.
We will fully test the TV after repair. Where needed, internal cleaning and inspection will also be carried out to ensure reliable operation.
How long it takes?
If the repair is straightforward and no extra parts are required, it usually takes 24h. When we receive the TV, we aim to diagnose and repair it as quickly as possible.
If we find any other issues or parts need to be ordered, it can take 48h – 72h depending on your response and parts availability.
Due to the size and complexity of TVs, same day repair may not always be possible, but we will always aim to complete the repair as quickly as possible.

We provide 3 months (90 days) warranty protection for any repair *
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, cracked screens, liquid damage or faults caused by other unrelated components.
No fix, No fees Policy
If for some reason we’re not able to fix your TV, we will inform you before any further action is taken.
